 Spring is approaching and that means our new lines of apparel and accessories are arriving daily!  Dresses, jackets, and seperates made of organic cotton and cotton/linen blends will highlight our junior and women’s collections.  We will also carry a wide array of straw and cotton hats, pashminas, totes and handbags.  We will continue to carry the beautiful Donna Sharp handbags, and introduce the new QK line of handbags.  QK brings style, value, and function as well as fashion with their April Cornell designs and Williamsburg Collections.  Part of the sale of the Williamsburg products go to supporting the preservation, research and educational programs of the Colonial Williamsburg Foundation; a non-for-profit organization.  The new vintage inspired, hand crafted bead designs of Anne Koplik will be arriving in April; along with your favorites Ed Levin, Michael Michaud, Jody Coyote, Silver Forest of Vermont and Lefthand Originals.

We carry a wide selection of gourmet foods that are perfect for everything from family meals to entertaining.  Check out this recipe for one of our new Robert Rothschild products, the Roasted Red Pepper & Onion Dip & Relish, perfect for weekend brunch!

 Italian Sausage Frittata

 2 Tbsp. Butter
½ lb. Italian sausage, cooked, diced
½ cup Robert Rothschild Roasted Red Pepper & Onion Dip & Relish
8 large eggs
¼ cup milk
½ cup Parmesan cheese, finely grated
1 Tbsp. Fresh basil, chiffonade
Salt and pepper to taste

 Melt butter in a 10 inch non-stick ovenproof skillet.  Add Italian sausage to pan and cook for a couple of minutes to reheat.  Add Roasted Red Pepper & Onion Dip & Relish, mix well and cook an additional 3 minutes.  In a separate bowl, whisk together the eggs, milk, cheese, basil and salt/pepper.  Pour over sausage mixture and mix well.  Place in a 400 degree F oven for 20-25 minutes or until eggs are cooked and set.  Remove frittata from pan, cut into wedges and serve.
